hebrews 5

Got to say I got a bit of a st cloud fan club forming here. I think it is a good thing to be in my club. I hope I make you think and make you want to read my page and make comments or email me things. I am personal sometimes because I want you to know whats going on in my life and I also want you to know my heart and stuff. I want to also say I am not a pastor and the topic I do in the bible are only my thinking and Jesus might have me think sometimes not like your pastor so please read the things I type and do your own studies in the bible. I want that to be a thing where there is open and free talking. So I also like to put them things on here so new people going on this site know. This site is not free I ask you to give to a local food shelf or find a needy family and give them food. I am not just saying that I mean that. I want us to fight hunger even if you disagree with me hunger is big here so give something to feed someone else. E MAIL ME I have a free way you can do this.

Lets see how the Lord is going to move tonight in the word.

Heb 5 9 And having been perfected, He became the author of eternal salvation to all who obey Him, 10 called by God as High Priest “according to the order of Melchizedek,” 11 of whom we have much to say, and hard to explain, since you have become dull of hearing.[1]

I wanted to hit the priesthood of Mel thing but I guess in seven we are going to hit it more. Mel was the priest back in the time of Gen. So I am not going to talk him up that much yet. Jesus was a high priest of his order and Jesus died and finished the whole system so Praise him for that and thank Jesus all the time for his care and love and who Jesus is. Paul here said it is hard to explain because the people are hard of hearing so we move to a passage I wish was not here but it is.

Hebrews 5 Spiritual Immaturity
12 For though by this time you ought to be teachers, you need someone to teach you again the first principles of the oracles of God; and you have come to need milk and not solid food. 13 For everyone who partakes only of milk is unskilled in the word of righteousness, for he is a babe. 14 But solid food belongs to those who are of full age, that is, those who by reason of use have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil.
The Peril of Not Progressing
6 Therefore, leaving the discussion of the elementary principles of Christ, let us go on to perfection, not laying again the foundation of repentance from dead works and of faith toward God, 2 of the doctrine of baptisms, of laying on of hands, of resurrection of the dead, and of eternal judgment. 3 And this we will do if God permits.
4 For it is impossible for those who were once enlightened, and have tasted the heavenly gift, and have become partakers of the Holy Spirit, 5 and have tasted the good word of God and the powers of the age to come, 6 if they fall away, to renew them again to repentance, since they crucify again for themselves the Son of God, and put Him to an open shame.
7 For the earth which drinks in the rain that often comes upon it, and bears herbs useful for those by whom it is cultivated, receives blessing from God; 8 but if it bears thorns and briers, it is rejected and near to being cursed, whose end is to be burned.
[2]

I want to paint a little of a proder photo here and then come and break up this passage because it is one of the hardest in the whole bible. Knowing this is one passage that schools disagree on I wanted to lay a lot into this. I know this hits deep roots in the faith. I want to open saying this is not a passage that teaches you can lose your salvation in Jesus. Many think you can lose it or give it away and I say that is not where this passage is going and the book is going. IN 5 THE RUN UP Paul is talking to folks that ought to be more growing up in Jesus. We need to be growing up in the Lord and learning to teach and lead folks in hard bible studies. I know some church folks do not read the word and do the work it takes to know the book. I know the bible is not God but it is a major thing in the life of the Christians and we need to be in that book a lot more than we are. I need to get meat and not milk from the bible. It takes time to want to get milk out of the Lord and if you’re a young one in Jesus you need the milk more than the meat. You need to be loved by the family and grow to. I am talking about you that are in the faith and are working to know Jesus deeper in some ways I want to say we all need to rest and let the Lord Jesus work in us to grow us. So if you got saved in the last 5 years as I have maybe we ought to learn we are little and let others help up grow deep. But yet I knew the bible before well. So I really think I am in need of meat.

What are the basics to me? 1 Jesus loves you is first and foremost. I think that is the most important thing to learn. 2 The Gospel and how to know your saved. 3 How to be in a good solid church and how to be a part of the body. 4 How to pray in a way that Jesus hears you. 5 the basics of the bible and how to read it. On this I have good teaching. I also think you learn the best by bible journaling like I do here.

He might also be after the folk that have degrees in the bible and do not know Jesus as the Savior and king. I think that was me at times. It is important to know the Lord Jesus. SO here is that for you. Here is what you need to know to be saved. A Admit you’re a sinner. Sin is breaking any command of God in where in the bible. If you told a lie or stole a piece of gum you sinned. If you told one lie or cheated one time on your wife you sined. So you need to know the problem is you cannot see heaven or enjoy life here in Jesus if you sinned one time. 2 Believe in Jesus. He was Gods Son who came and loved you so you can have life. But he had to die to pay for your sins. If you were not to say you’re a sinner Jesus cannot help you. Sin is paid for in Jesus or by you in hell forever. So Jesus died for your sins and came back to life on the third day to prove he was and is God.

Sing to love Jesus

Ok Here it is a rainy day here in the city of granite. It is a cold wet day but sometimes in life you got to have the wet rainy just yucky to breed the good and sunny. Jesus never said it was going to be easy and matter of fact if it is not hard sometimes I wonder if it is worth it. Is it worth it in good times without the yucky times? Last night I went and saw one of the smartest people I ever heard on the topic of creation and evolution. He is the kind of man I respect and I would love to listen to his talk on why the king James is right. I have been reading the Macarthur one year bible and in the book of Lev. God talks a lot about how he choose people in the priesthood to come ouyt and live a life not with the world but separated from the world. I think we need to separate to some things from the world but it can go overboard to.

I have been thinking about the issue of music and separating from the world and on to Jesus. I am never going to knock a style and if you do not agree with my thinking I want to explain where I am at on this issue. I like ccm but I really like good solid bible hymn singing sopranos. I love Robin Noel because she sings in a way that is no doubt is pretty and chanlages me in the presence of Jesus. I am not thinking that is your preface but it is mine. I am not going to burn any of my music but I am looking for high soprano singers out on the Net. I found a few great singers. Robin. Jenny Harding who is a good opera like singer, Jenny D who has the sweetest singing voice I have heard. Also there is a missionary to the far island in the pacific and she has a voice. If you know of any godly sopranos please e mail the names to me and if your not using the tapes they sing I am poor.
I wonder what the command of being separate means to you and how practly do you maintain this. To me I do think the church in general seem not to set apart things for the Lord to be holy and righteous. Yes we live in the world and I struggle with being a part of the world and not unto Jesus but sometimes I seem to not take the thing seriously and be holy. Now I am not trying to be a strict man on this topic I am just thinking about the people of God in Jesus seems in this day to not treat the Sundays like they did even when I was a kiddo. Back the whole town would shut down for church and going up the music in the church was lightly operatic and hymns. I am not knocking the praise I sing in church I am just wondering on the blog why is it different. Now I am in the Make a joyful noise part of the church but to me I wish music were classical sometimes. =I love the good singers singing specials and we do not have it at my home church. We have a praise band and sing more modern styles of hymns. I like both styles and I think both honor Jesus and we can sing whatever. We all as the saved ought to take singing in school and learn to be the best singers and hold notes in church all we can. People might listen to us and be encouraged in church

more

Man I am in poor house. I am trying to save cash to go back to la and I have to spend andf not make enough to go. Is this part of God getting back at me for the harm I did. I do not say that floppily because I know I did a bad thing and I want to take the hit and get better. I am on my 3 day of no contact and I intend to keep on this road. I need to confess my sin and I have and then pray for the Lord Jesus to act in mercy. I do not know how he is going to act and I am hoping it is going to be sooner in this case then later. Here is the verse I sinned on from their prospective and my thoughts on it.

Titus 3 9 But avoid foolish disputes, genealogies, contentions, and strivings about the law; for they are unprofitable and useless. 10 Reject a divisive man after the first and second admonition, 11 knowing that such a person is warped and sinning, being self-condemned.[1]

First I made a dispute. Some there are going to say I am a Calvinist and whatever, some are going to think it was music. I am going to say to ask someone to leave the church is the thing I done wrong. Let me be careful here. I do not think not agreeing was the sin. I do not agree but to tear the place apart was my intended goal and I am not going to do it anymore. It is a place where I am telling Christians to leave a church and that is wrong. I was rejected but like I think there needs to be a outline of a process so I can make this right including forgiveness. I am not going to do it for a long time. I am typing this out as therapy and I am showing people how I am taking this and it bugs me. Now some and please correct me if I am wrong on this will say I am a New evangelical and they just can not allow me into their life’s. I do not know that for certain that is the stand but others think that. Ron thinks they are closed minds about most things. I think they are able to think however some in the movement are being fed things like we do not unite with any other type of church. I do not think they are that way however there is one couple that to me is kind and neat but if you did not agree with them they sat you down and they just told me to pray about music and ask the Lord to tell me what to like. Like take all kinds of time. Sorry I did and I still like ccm. Figures they went to 4 year Baptist schools that tell you to hate ccm and it is evil and all that trash. One of the schools does not have the teachers where I am able to email them so. If you know how to get a hold of Frank Garlock let me know.

Last night I did a bit on Hebrews 5 and I really think you need to know that and the next part to be able to get both. So I am going to place the whole context and then see where it goes

For every high priest taken from among men is appointed for men in things pertaining to God, that he may offer both gifts and sacrifices for sins. 2 He can have compassion on those who are ignorant and going astray, since he himself is also subject to weakness. 3 Because of this he is required as for the people, so also for himself, to offer sacrifices for sins. 4 And no man takes this honor to himself, but he who is called by God, just as Aaron was
Jesus is the high priest that went before the Lord God and forgave all sins. Jesus was made to die and then sat down in the holies of holies. Jesus paid the sins off for all. .
A Priest Forever
5 So also Christ did not glorify Himself to become High Priest, but it was He who said to Him:
“You are My Son,
Today I have begotten You.”
6 As He also says in another place:
“You are a priest forever
According to the order of Melchizedek”;
7 who, in the days of His flesh, when He had offered up prayers and supplications, with vehement cries and tears to Him who was able to save Him from death, and was heard because of His godly fear, 8 though He was a Son, yet He learned obedience by the things which He suffered. 9 And having been perfected, He became the author of eternal salvation to all who obey Him, 10 called by God as High Priest “according to the order of Melchizedek,” 11 of whom we have much to say, and hard to explain, since you have become dull of hearing[2]

Jesus when he was alive he had to be one of us and depend on God for all he was and would be. I know this might not be in the passage but lets think about it. Jesus on earth had to do all he did depending on praying to God the fathers. He spent many mornings on the knees praying and seeking the father’s will and help. If Jesus had to I need to and I must admit I am rather week in the prayer thing. But I am thankful and tell the Lord that even in my life I do not deserve much of the grace I get. I am a sinner and without grace I am nothing.

In verse 8 Jesus learned to obey God by suffering on the cross. Jesus forever never suffered until he came to earth. He never had to suffer but choose to out of obeying the father. Jesus did really go though tons when he came to the cross. Jesus was separated from God and that was the hell for him because he always had God to lean on. Being cut off for a time after your in God is hell. I need him everyday because he is good and loving and without God I am toast. I need to get close, that is why the stuff needs to be resolved because I need God with all my life.
In 9 Jesus is the author of salvation and the one that gives it and takes it away. Jesus is the one that did the work and died so we could be saved. He did the work for God so you do not have to work at all to be saved. Jesus gave it to you in full so you do not have to.

show me the cards

Oh where is my new soprano singer Jenny and her better half. Oh where could it be. Hi all of you on the net reading my blog. I may not agree with music but I live to hear good opera sopranos. Here is the deal just get a hold of me anytime for a free Macarthur sermon which are free. Also as you know I have Jesus dvd for the asking so if you want them they are yours because I am a nice man even if some churches censer me and nail me for taking people from there to my church. I would like to let you know I am getting a ad for this site that is going to be exciting. I get a couple of sales on this it is going to fund a ton of things like a site where I will be able to do that will be for sending more bibles and or sermons.

I must say that grace never contacted me about the thing they did to me. I wanted a letter. Oh well I am not one of them and I am not the ones that failed to love another. Well I did the wrong so poor me right.

Gossip is a sin so when you talk about people and make charges you need to have proof. So this secret meeting should have been done with me in the crowd so I could defend myself. So tell me what other church did I do this to. Huh lay out the cards here on the site unless the pastor thinks I do not right to know. That is a abusive sign folks. If they send something I will go public with it and repent.

5 For every high priest taken from among men is appointed for men in things pertaining to God, that he may offer both gifts and sacrifices for sins. 2 He can have compassion on those who are ignorant and going astray, since he himself is also subject to weakness. 3 Because of this he is required as for the people, so also for himself, to offer sacrifices for sins. 4 And no man takes this honor to himself, but he who is called by God, just as Aaron was.[1] g

High Priest was the one that went into the temple and appeared before God in the holy of holies. They had to do in one time a year and pay for the sins of all the people for the year. Jesus as we know on this side of the cross is the one that came and took all sin for all time onto himself. If he also does a ton of stuff and is temped then he knows how it is and feels for us. Back in the old times he also had to pay for his own shortcomings. Jesus it has been said had no sin but he was tempted so we know that the priest can know what it is like to live in this world.

confessing sin

Ok Ok Ok I am not leaving you fans. Wow you wanted me here and I am going to be here for a long time. I am going to be on for as long time and that is finial. I am never going to leave you blog people ok> I am going to stay on and hope you all keep reading this because I want to do what I do. I want to honor Jesus and write out things I am learning and not stuff to downgrade anyone. If I use this to go after people I will fail in my mission. I am in recovery mode. I think the first thing I need to do is honestly take a loo9k at where I am with others and the Lord. I was told that maybe I was not in sin over matters. I know I need to not agree. I did not do things right and trying to divide a church however right it seemed was not righteous. I did not agree with the church but that is not right to go off and get even. That is not my church and I am not Jesus. I think I was in sin and I am not going to do it.

SO I am going to be asked what sin have I done? Here is the things I think I did and the reasons. I did not obey MY pastor be contacting people. I trust him and love him yet did not obey him. Its kind of like slapping him in the face and that I did wrong. Alone that sin sparks so much of this mess. AM I sorry for inviting a person to church I am because I was not to talk to the person. SO I sinned there. While I am listing sins I did say things about hating others and that is a sin and a biggie. I ought to get under authory of the church and learn to get right. Now some are going to think I am wrong to confess sins in a public area. But the sins I think were as such as I need to confess them so folks know or have a chance to know that I am taking steps to get it right. Here are some verses you can see of why I am taking this step on the blog. We are to confess our sins to each other so we can find healing. I need to gain healing and forgiveness. Also in the 12 steps we are to seek forgiveness where anything is wrong another person. If one is to right before the Lord he must be right in the sins. I must do this. I want to say I am doing my part in getting the thing right. I think that my part is to do the work

Here is what confess is

CONFESSION OF SIN
I. Biblical statements.
A. General. Lev. 5:5 - "he shall confess that in which he has sinned" Numb. 5:7 - "he shall confess his sins..., make restitution..." Prov. 28:13 - "he who confesses and forsakes his transgressions will find compassion." Acts 19:18 - "many kept coming and confessing and disclosing their practices." James 5:16 - "confess your sins to one another" I John 1:9 - "If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins." B. Examples. Ps. 32:5 - "I acknowledge my sin to Thee...I will confess my transgressions to the Lord." Ps. 38:18 - "I confess my iniquity" Isa. 6:5 - "Woe is me...I am a man of unclean lips" Luke 15:21 - "I have sinned against heaven and in your sight" Luke 18:13 - "God, be merciful to me, the sinner!"
II. Defining confession.
A. Greek word homologeo means "to say the same thing," to agree, concur. B. What confession of sin is NOT: 1. Informing a human priest in the confession booth. 2. Giving God information. "God, You won't believe what I've done." 3. Speculating. "IF...I have sinned..." "I have...." 4. Saying "I'm sorry..." "....just a joke!" 5. Asking/pleading to God for forgiveness for our sins. Forgiveness already available in Christ's death. 6. Plea-bargaining for a lesser charge. "Yes...but...." 7. Emotional groveling; mental contortions. 8. Psychological catharsis. "Feel good when you get it off your chest" 9. Superficial or flippant incantation. (Sin was reason for Jesus' death). 10. "Confessionalism" - (Excessive sin-consciousness; wallowing in weakness; focusing on 'flesh'; navel-gazing introspection; "Worm-theology"; Pride of sinfulness; back-handed basis of spirituality; exhibitionism; revel in relating sinfulness in testimony; Who was the worst?) 11. Based on false established attitudes, which create false-guilt and false-confession. Some try to agree with God that something is wrong, when God never said it is sin. But, if not done in faith, it is sin. (Rom. 14:23).

Here is what confess
C. Confession is...
1. Ceasing to deceive ourselves - I John 1:8
2. Ceasing to continue the defense mechanisms of denial, avoidance, distortion, cover-up.
3. Calling sin "sin." Calling a spade a spade!
4. To recognize, admit, acknowledge, concede and declare our guilt of sin.
5. Part of repentance. A change of mental attitude leading to changed behavioral action.
6. Inclusive of asking forgiveness for wronging another person.
7. Inclusive of restitution - Numb. 5:7; Lk. 19:8

Grace Baptist fallowship in Sartell MN has baned their members from speaking to me. I am a bit sad but I now see the actions I have done are not of Jesus. Many have taken me on this blog the wrong way and I am sorry. I am a WICKED MAN and I want to be made righteous. I never had intent to harm anyone with the things I wrote and emailed to you all. I am at a state where I am unable to repair the damage I have caused. I have commited sin some say and I just do not see where and what I did that is so evil that Grace has told all members to have nothing to do. I am sorry and for the time being this blog is on hold. If you wish to read blogs from me I will restart this blog and the way to do that is to flood my email me at biblereader2k@yahoo.com. I will be blogging somehow and to know where this page is going to be I will email it to those fans that I know can handle me and my take in this mean world. I am never going to take this page down so people know I did this.

Whats on Shadmans mind

Why is it that people in abuse want to go back into it and get hurt over and over? I do not get it. We get the wife out of the place and she goes back in to get the cr4ap beat out of her. Or you leave a system that is overpowering just to go back after gaining freedom and joy. It is painful to see people go back into things that I try to tell them hurt and will kill them to a point where they are going to grow and hurt others. I see it at some churches where your told your kind of church is the only right one and if you leave your shamed out of the chance to move on. Pastors go out of the way to shame you back under the system and then locks you into a dependence on his preaching and not others. What a sham folks what a sham. I ran one night a blog that talked about the power of a pastor and it would be nice if you go find it if you’re a pastor and learn your not all powerful and ok. Matter of truth Pastors you need to lead us to do your job and if your not humble enough then out the door you ought walk because you might be abusive and not know it and that is not a good thing. But some of you do not know it is wrong because the place you found the Lord was also a place that was like where you are now and that is sad. Some have made me the worst thing and I am not happy with it. All I did was send a email to some in a place and the pastor is fed up and that is not right. Sad is the places that knock other churchs and people because the bible is not made split it is made to reach out in love and accepting the sinner.

Now I want to preach on a passage on Jesus and it is one of my all time favorites.

Heb 4 14 Seeing then that we have a great High Priest who has passed through the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our confession. 15 For we do not have a High Priest who cannot sympathize with our weaknesses, but was in all points tempted as we are, yet without sin.

Jesus knows what it is like to live on this earth and he knows how hard it is to live rightly but he made it all the way and he is able to know how it is here. He loved us and we can go to him because of that and because he has been where we are. Here the Bible tells us Jesus faced all that we are going to face in life. He was tempted to lust after gals, Jesus was tempted to rip people off and Jesus was tempted to sin in every way we are. So it is a good thing to have him to go to when I am tempted and want to sin knowing Jesus might of felt the same way. But Jesus made it all the way in life without sin and that meant he could take me and take my sin away from me.
If you want to talk to someone who knows what sin is about, talk to Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ knows sin, and He knows and understands our weakness. Whatever Satan brings our way, there is victory in Jesus Christ. He understands; He has been here.[1]

16 Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need.[2]

Let us go to the grace because he knows how sin is and he understands and loves us and wants to help in time of need. I sometimes do not want to go to Jesus because I think I am ss bad but I am reminded tonight of the cost and depth of the things Jesus endured for me and that makes me want to run to him because he Loves me and wants what is good for me even if I sin he will bring me closer to Jesus and Jesus can fix my sin and bring me to the Father.
One more thing we is it that people sometimes ask why your sorry for something. Is that not stupid. If I am sorry I am not going to tell you why I am but that I am.

The bible

Hey world hows it going and where in the bible are your working on. I mean it we all need to be in the bible and learning something new all the time or at least in the bible. It might be a habit you need to learn but it is a greater habits to take up amd as a person of faith it is important to read it daily and study it. I try to read it in the evening and do my study in the bible then.

Tonights bible passage is on the bible itself and in a way I wish and I might stop here and do a bunch of days on the bible but I am not sure that is where I am going to go with it.

Hebrews 4 11 Let us therefore be diligent to enter that rest, lest anyone fall according to the same example of disobedience. 12 For the word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.

I want to react on this verse alone for tonight and I want us to think about what happens when we read the pages of the bible. The bible is an alive book first. The words are not just words they come from a amazing Lord that influence each one of them. God’s word is alive and it is also because when you read it God is feeding you truth of what it is you need. God uses the bible to show you that we need Jesus and we need God to grow every single day. The bible is sharper that any sword and it cuts it down to who we are as a sinner and if we Know Jesus it shows who we are in Jesus. The words have the power to save you from forever hell or send you there. No other book has the power to tell you who you are and effect your forever. The bible divides the soul and the spirit the thoughts and the intent of all that we ever do. And Jesus is going to use that to put us where we are going to spend forever. The bible is a mirror into our soul and everything we do is judged in the bible.

Here are some Quotes about the Bible
a. Patrick Henry, who said: "The Bible is worth more than all other books which have ever been printed." b. Charles Dickens, who wrote: "The New Testament is the very best book that ever was or will be known in the world."
1. John Quincy Adams, the sixth president of our country, once stated... "So great is my veneration for the Bible that the earlier my children begin to read it the more confident will be my hope that they will prove useful citizens of their country and respectable members of society. I have for many years made it a practice to read through the Bible once every year." 2. George Muller, who established many orphanages throughout England, said... "I believe that the one chief reason that I have been kept in happy useful service is that I have been a lover of Holy Scripture. It has been my habit to read the Bible through four times a year; in a prayerful spirit, to apply it to my heart, and practice what I find there. I have been for sixty-nine years a happy man; happy, happy, happy."

Resting in Jesus

4 Therefore, since a promise remains of entering His rest, let us fear lest any of you seem to have come short of it. 2 For indeed the gospel was preached to us as well as to them; but the word, which they heard did not profit them, not being mixed with faith in those who heard it. 3 For we who have believed do enter that rest, as He has said:
“So I swore in My wrath,
‘They shall not enter My rest,’ ”
although the works were finished from the foundation of the world.
Rest in the Lords eyes is the topic tonight. So I want to intrude the rest we have in God and what we are resting from. I hit it the other night but I want to work on the concept more because it is key to this life and the next. So here is what rest is in Jesus. It is freedom from worry. Worry has to be the stupidest thing a Christian does. Jesus said not to do it and so does Peter in his book. Cast your cares on Jesus for he cares for you. Jesus said not even a bird falls without him knowing and we are far more than birds. If you Love Jesus you need not worry
We have peace with God and not war. Our war is over because Jesus won our freedom. He died so we can go free from the law. Yes we obey Jesus if we love him but in the Lord laws Grace holds us do not bind us. We are not guilty but free. We are not to be in fear of our Lord but confident in him knowing he has won the battle of death and we rest knowing our Salvation is all secure and yours. I nust say anyone that makes you doubt your salvation is a fool because one you got it you are held 100 percent forever.
We also need to trust the Lord for all our daily needs big and small. I need to pray more in thanksgiving and not take the blessings for granted. I am so bless even if I am poor I am rich in Grace and God takes care of all my needs. Food and clothes are so basic. Jesus takes care of my bike and bus pass and my ymca pass and tons of other things I take so much for granted.

4 For He has spoken in a certain place of the seventh day in this way: “And God rested on the seventh day from all His works”; 5 and again in this place: “They shall not enter My rest.”

I want you to see the rest is not a worldly but it is the very rest of God. God rested on the 7th day and when Jesus got done with his work he rested by sitting in the throne room. So this is a rest that was given in the beginning of time with Adam and Eve. When they sinned they sinned and rest was not long theirs so they had to be restored to rest. We find the first real rest in entering the Land God gave to the nation. That was a start but not the rest we now have in Jesus.

6 Since therefore it remains that some must enter it, and those to whom it was first preached did not enter because of disobedience, 7 again He designates a certain day, saying in David, “Today,” after such a long time, as it has been said:
“Today, if you will hear His voice,
Do not harden your hearts.”
I am going to a second page Ron sop shoot me and I am sorry. We need to enter the rest of God as it is still for us today. It is today that we mist enter because we do not have another day. It is today we must enter and find our faith and freedom in Jesus and not work because we have the work of Jesus to rest in. We have Peace in God, security in Jesus, so we need to live in a faith that shows we are not wimpy but strong in Jesus. Also let your life be one that is always seeking the softness of Jesus and make yourself ready at all times to seek Jesus and find him then make Jesus famous

SHort one tonght

I am listening to John Mac and his series on the killing of the Lord Jesus. It is a hard thing to think Jesus died a sinner’s death for us. He is not painted as a lovely death but Jesus died a horrid death so at the end he has the Glory of God.

Hebrews 4 Therefore, since a promise remains of entering His rest, let us fear lest any of you seem to have come short of it. 2 For indeed the gospel was preached to us as well as to them; but the word which they heard did not profit them, not being mixed with faith in those who heard it. 3 For we who have believed do enter that rest, as He has said:
“So I swore in My wrath,
‘They shall not enter My rest,’ ”[1]
Therefore is something we need to look at what is said before the chapter in other places. Here it is talking about the rest of God and we know that is the place where we come into Jesus and enter the faith and it is heaven and the new life we hove in Jesus. We get new life the day we come to Jesus. We need to heed this warning in one and we need to not come short of the rest Jesus is going to give to us. Lets work to know our standing in the faith and make sure we are living our life’s for Jesus and not for ourselves. I am bad at this because I am so self-focused and I need to work on this. I need to be Jesus focused and know he is in me and I owe it all to him. It never hurts to test our lives and see if we are in the faith and if Jesus lives in our heart. Is the desire of my life to not sin and to see others do better than me? Am I in the bible every night and listening to the solid word or am I just coasting.
For me I want to learn the rest of the Lord and be in this bible more.

Happy EASTER

Hope you all had a great day of reflecting on Jesus and his victory over death and if you do not know him I hope this day brings you closer to the time you will know him. I had fun with Raymond and meeting his clan and his wife Sue. We went to Melrose and meet Raymond’s mom and she is a gal hope I get to know. She is loving and she Loves Jesus. I went to Sue’s family and man they have tons of army in the clan there. I am able to know them and to pray for them. We saw a movie and got back late. It is good to get b ack later and to get to know more folks. Man Pastor M is going to think I am bad for hanging, too bad friends are not going to break if Jesus is the lord of them. Jesus said to Love all no matter what and I am going to befriend all because I follow Jesus. I talked to Jim Buescher and they all said happy easter and Jim made a good point that we ought to unite all Christians and stop making the lines. I say ok but we need to unite under truth and Jesus Love and grace.

On this day of Jesus riseing I leave you all with a passage that is read when one dies. I think it is one that we can use more in the body to Make Jesus Famous.

1 Thes 13 But I do not want you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning those who have fallen asleep, lest you sorrow as others who have no hope. 14 For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so God will bring with Him those who sleep in Jesus.
15 For this we say to you by the word of the Lord, that we who are alive and remain until the coming of the Lord will by no means precede those who are asleep. 16 For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first. 17 Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And thus we shall always be with the Lord. 18 Therefore comfort one another with these words[1]

Lets keep in mind Heaven and the time when we all are going to have no things that separate us and where Jesus is going to bless us and we shall be like him and he will rule and we can love on him day and night forever.

News and Jews for Jesus

I got my bike stolen this week. I am at fault because I did not lock it up. No my sin did not get it ripped of It was not because I am not being protected by Jesus and no aboanation was committed. It is not true either that I did a sin that took it away. I did not lock it up and that alone did the trick.

I guess I did a bit on wacko theo last week and I went to the Clouds site and really nothing to make light of this week. So I am not going to put it on my sight. I had a talk with a friend last night and went to a all game. He is going to leave his church here and find a new one. He feels like he does not fit in there. I told him that it is his choice and told him to stay but he is not going to, God is working. I do not claim to be the Lord and I am careful when I look at unhealthy churches. One Pastor told me is a aboanation to tear a church up. No if your church is not healthy it is a DUTY to warn the church. I am not cutting the people I am going after some of the teaching they teach. People that down other churchs are not good nor is churches that teach they are the only good church in a area. I harp on this hard-core thing but I want to help people that get caught in places that are not good. I think I want all people in Jesus knowing that behavior is not the thing that makes you good it is the Lord Jesus and he alone.

I was on the net tonight and I have some concerns about the Jews For Jesus people. I am conserned they are going to be at my church and I am going to address them to the people. It is not good for people to be part of things that pervert the Good News. Oh I hope the Jews For Jesus thing is not truth but if it is I am going to nail them.

Hebrew 4 Therefore, since a promise remains of entering His rest, let us fear lest any of you seem to have come short of it. 2 For indeed the gospel was preached to us as well as to them; but the word which they heard did not profit them, not being mixed with faith in those who heard it. 3 For we who have believed do enter that rest, as He has said:
“So I swore in My wrath,
‘They shall not enter My rest,’ ”
although the works were finished from the foundation of the world. 4 For He has spoken in a certain place of the seventh day in this way: “And God rested on the seventh day from all His works”; 5 and again in this place: “They shall not enter My rest.”
6 Since therefore it remains that some must enter it, and those to whom it was first preached did not enter because of disobedience, 7 again He designates a certain day, saying in David, “Today,” after such a long time, as it has been said:
“Today, if you will hear His voice,
Do not harden your hearts.”8 For if Joshua had given them rest, then He would not afterward have spoken of another day. 9 There remains therefore a rest for the people of God. 10 For he who has entered His rest has himself also ceased from his works as God did from His.[1]

Good FGriday

Good Friday is a good day for you if your saved. If your saved Jesus death happened on this day a long time ago. It is a glorious thing to know Jesus Gods only son had come and became flesh and died for your sins. If you know the Son you know the Father and the Son shows the deepest love ever by taking your sins on the cross. It is the most hopeful thing to know that on the cross Jesus paid in full the price so that we can go to heaven. Jesus paid your sin debt and he made God your father. If that does not make you happy inside nothing ever will.

I place this passage without comment asking us to reflect on the Lord and know he Loves you

Jesus is crucified
Mark 15:23–32; Luke 23:33–43; John 19:18–24
35 Then they crucified Him, and divided His garments, casting lots, that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the prophet:
“They divided My garments among them,
And for My clothing they cast lots.”
36 Sitting down, they kept watch over Him there. 37 And they put up over His head the accusation written against Him:
THIS IS JESUS THE KING OF THE JEWS.
38 Then two robbers were crucified with Him, one on the right and another on the left.
39 And those who passed by blasphemed Him, wagging their heads 40 and saying, “You who destroy the temple and build it in three days, save Yourself! If You are the Son of God, come down from the cross.”
41 Likewise the chief priests also, mocking with the scribes and elders, said, 42 “He saved others; Himself He cannot save. If He is the King of Israel, let Him now come down from the cross, and we will believe Him. 43 He trusted in God; let Him deliver Him now if He will have Him; for He said, ‘I am the Son of God.’ ”
44 Even the robbers who were crucified with Him reviled Him with the same thing.
Jesus Dies
Mark 15:33–37; Luke 2:44–46; John 19:28–30
45 Now from the sixth hour until the ninth hour there was darkness over all the land. 46 And about the ninth hour Jesus cried out with a loud voice, saying, “Eli, Eli, lama sabachthani?” that is, “My God, My God, why have You forsaken Me?”
47 Some of those who stood there, when they heard that, said, “This Man is calling for Elijah!” 48 Immediately one of them ran and took a sponge, filled it with sour wine and put it on a reed, and offered it to Him to drink.
49 The rest said, “Let Him alone; let us see if Elijah will come to save Him.”50 And Jesus cried out again with a loud voice, and yielded up His spirit.[1]

New evangecal and life forever

I am going to define a movement tonight called New Evangelical movement. I am not out to cut it down I just want to define it. The first thing this movement left out is repenting for sin. They claim that new evangelicals do not repent. In the teaching of salvation we are to repent for our sins and that means we need to turn from sin and to Jesus. It means to change your mind and your action. Is it nessary to be Saved? We are to belive in Jesus and call on him and your saved.

Rom 10 9 9That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. 10For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. 11For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed. [1]

I do think you need to repent and serve the Lord Jesus for salvation. I am not sure that saves you

If you are a new Evangelical you are not holding up true doctrine. Like they say that Billy Graham is wrong for letting the Catholics go to the crusade and go forward and then get sent back to the church. I do not seem to think that this is good either but if you read the things Graham sends home you are going to be asked to join a Bible believing Church. Also they claim the NE follow things that are worldly like Music.

If you are a new Evangelical you think evolution is right and can be traced in the bible. I do not think that is true I defend a 6-day creation and God did it and he is the king of the thing. I agree with that so I am not guilty of false doctrine.

If you are a new Evangelical you can have any doctunine you want. I do not think that is right either. I think the bible said what it said and means it. I defend things like Salvation is forever; God inspires the bible in all ways. I defend Jesus as the Son of God and also human. I defend the Spirit as the giver of life and the one that lives inside of you to make you right. I also defend that heaven is gain in Jesus alone, by faith in pure grace. I think sin is a bad thing and needs to be dealt with in a private way between God and you.

If you are a new Evangelical they say that your lifestyle is not right. Like gals wear jeans and not dresses. The man hair is long, the music is not perfect, you go to events like movies or watch tv, and other things or outward things in your life. I am not for this part of this movement. If you love Jesus your going to be looked at as your inside changes. All the rest does not make you a a Christian it makes you moral and moral man is not saved

Here is another thing
Here is a list of a man that thinks you can lose salvation and my reacting
Abandoning the faith to follow anyone who delights in false humility and the worship of angels
Jesus said he forgives all your sins when your saved Col2
It is a sin to worship a angel that was forgiven.
Believing but later failing to believe when tested
Your belief does not save the object of your faith is.
Again false think is a forgiven sin by the blood
Following deceiving spirits and things taught by demons
Holy Spirit seals you so a seal of God would be broken to lose your salvaition Eph 1 13
Being lured back into the sins of the world
It is carnal and not a lose of salvation but reward 1 cor 3
Neglecting or ignoring the gift of salvation
The GIFT is gave. Jesus is the one that can take it back.
Are we powerful enough to keep a gift. No we are kept Gal 3
Becoming entangled in the corruption of the world after knowing Christ
Mis guided info. That passage is not for Christians it is for those who came close to the truth and rejected it.
Not standing firm in the faith to the end
Jesus keeps you do not keep him Rom 8 John 5,10
Not watching for and/or being unprepared for Jesus' return
That is a work not saved by works EPH 2 8-10
Allowing one's heart to harden by sin's deceitfulness
Not living a life faithful to Christ

Why is Gods mad?

I am no longer going to make light of others faith in Jesus. Pastor Art told me and by others I am no longer welcome to contact Grace or his flock. I have been rather rude to people and I am sorry because I am hurting people. It is not right to hurt people because it is not Love. To try to become one that divides a church is not only a sin but also a serious sin. I took my disagreements further than I ought. It was wrong to attack people that have another belief than mine. I am sorry and on this site it is going to end.

What will not end on my site is the teaching of the bible or some of the funny things I do on the wacjkos movements in the church that need to be addressed. I am going to say it like it is and allow open talk on my page if it keeps on topic. Things like the kjv do need to be address and will in a way that is fair. Anyhow I am not going to be a filthy man before Jesus and his people. What is a man of Jesus without a testimony and without a place to keep home in his church? I need to work on my page to make it better and fun to read for me and you.

16 For who, having heard, rebelled? Indeed, was it not all who came out of Egypt, led by Moses? 17 Now with whom was He angry forty years? Was it not with those who sinned, whose corpses fell in the wilderness? 18 And to whom did He swear that they would not enter His rest, but to those who did not obey? 19 So we see that they could not enter in because of unbelief.
Why is God angry with people that sin? I know many people are going to think I am a bit weird by asking that. God is a good God and cares deeply about people in the bible but he is always so mad at folks. Sin makes him mad and to cross him in the wrong way you’re playing with fire. People really want to present a God to me sometimes that makes God mad and I am bad so I need to change something. What I know about the people pf our time and the time of Moses is we are unable to make God happy within ourselves. I know Jesus came to make me ok with God and I know that it is Jesus that the Lord is happy. God must be serious when he wants us to have faith in him. Sometime my faith is weak and then I look at Peter of Thomas and I am able to say I can relate. Look at Thomas; he would not believe until he had to hands to prove it. Here is a place I think I kind of see Jesus not being so mad when Thomas wanted to see the truth. I am sure that in the beginning Jesus was not like he is mad for the unbelief of Tomas but I think Jesus wanted to share the love he had for him.
Look at the lady at the well Was Jesus mad at her or did he point out sin so she could repent and get right. He did not stone but helped out folks. It is not good to sin and see the blind face of God or be out of fellowship.
Tonight’s passage Paul seems to get the heart of this and why God is mad. Might I think that it is not the sin of the people but the lack of looking to Gods goodness and love as the sin here. They did not have faith in God for all they needed. They did it their way and not the way God wanted it done. Really is sin not only that in our lives. When we break the Laws of God are we not really telling God we have our own way and Gods way is not the one we need. The truth of Grace enters in to me here. When I get saved all the anger of God toward me is gone. He takes it and puts it on Jesus and that makes us in Jesus with a new life.
One thing about God that is mad at sin but he gave me a way to come to him so I could become his own. Unlike Moses if I sin I am not going to hell because that is taken care of on the cross, I no longer am under anger but care and grace.

400 and counting Get colde to Jesus and things

On one oif my blogs I start a John Macarthur ring. If you like John and you like his thinking join because there are going to be good things you like on there like free offers and whatever. If you have I tunes you can get his pod cast every day and other things from grace. Also ther are other show you can get like way of the master and sermons. I also am thinking about playing 6 and getting the Mac sermons. Also the sites I am recommending this weekend are going to be this site.
http://www.thehungersite.com
On this site you can clip this and give food to the people that need it. It is also a great thing to do to work on hunger. Hunger is the more important thing because if you tell people about the Lord and they are in need of food your message is never going to make it to them.
http://www.thedoor.org/
Good church that is where I went today. I like it and there you can hear the sermons and stuff. I think you need to hear this and John because they both are good. If you will let your sermons go there you a better person and I love you more.

Hebrews 3 12 Beware, brethren, lest there be in any of you an evil heart of unbelief in departing from the living God; 13 but exhort one another daily, while it is called “Today,” lest any of you be hardened through the deceitfulness of sin. 14 For we have become partakers of Christ if we hold the beginning of our confidence steadfast to the end, 15 while it is said:
“Today, if you will hear His voice,
Do not harden your hearts as in the rebellion.”
We have a warning here about walking away form Jesus. Now if your saved you’re saved so this is settled on the cross and is a free gift. I am not one that is going to make free salvation in Jesus cost or threaten you because that is not what the bible teaches and it is abuse. But I know people that made the Jesus their own and lack bible reading or church. It is one thing to have Jesus and it is another not to be close to him. When you’re in the walk you still sin and when you do you need to confess it and get close. It is not good to just go out and sin and not be close to Jesus.

Another group reading this might not be saved. If you know Jesus is who he said he was and you know the truth and you reject this message your not going to make the kingdom. It is time for you to make Jesus your own. Today is the day you make Jesus Lord and take the step and get saved. Really you know Jesus wants your heart so give it up.
I want to make a scholar call on this passage. I think this passage with meaning to the non saved and the saved. I think that `4 is a hint on the truth that if we are in the Lord Jesus that we will know this. It knows you’re saved that shows you’re saved. It is bad to doubt? I think it is such a great thing to be in Jesus and know the truth that for me I think it is to good to be true. It is true and thank the Lord for that but I sometimes think of the greatness of Jesus and need to be assured I am his and he is mine. Jesus and salvation is free and just ask me how. I know some from work might read this and I have a free dvd for anyone called Jesus. It is movie on the life of Jesus that has been dome by Campus Crusade for Christ. It is free to you if you ask.

Clouds funny junk mail

Here are the stuff I am missing in the Cloud mails

LIBERTY UNIVERSITY FEATURES STEVE SAINT (Friday Church News Notes, April 7, 2006, www.wayoflife.org fbns@wayoflife.org, 866-295-4143) - Steve Saint, son of the martyred missionary Nate Saint, was a featured speaker at Liberty University’s World Impact Missions Emphasis Week in early March (Liberty University web site). Earlier this year Saint supported homosexual activist Chad Allen for the role of his father in the missionary movie End of the Spear. Steve, who was co-producer of the movie, told Christianity Today he had a dream in which God allegedly told him that it was His will for Allen to have the part and that he should not worry about “angry Christians” who disagreed (“Christian Studio Explains Hiring of Gay Actor,” ChristianityToday.com, Jan. 26, 2006). The choice of Chad Allen to play the role of missionary Nate Saint is unconscionable. Allen has called for the legalization of homosexual marriages and has even starred in the blasphemous play Corpus Christi, in which the Christ-figure is homosexual and has a sexual relationship with the disciples. Though Steve Saint said God told him it was His will for Allen to the play the role, we do not hesitate to say that he was deceived. The Word of God says, “And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove them” (Eph. 5:11-12), and, “Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness?” (2 Cor. 6:14). Evangelicals are drawing ever closer in thinking to the world, and the shadow of end-times apostasy is lengthening. Other special speakers at Liberty University’s mission’s week included Michael Loftis, president of Association of Baptists for World Evangelism (ABWE), and Brad Buser of New Tribes Mission.

So because a gay man took the role in a play does it all of a sudden become bad? No it does not. He is acting the part that he is told and then he is done. It is not drawing toward the world it is people like cloud that are making this bad because they allow cloud to tell them what is what. Cloud is not above anyone in this not even the gays. You need to reach the people pal.

And Frank Garlock is correct when he observes, “If a church starts using CCM it will eventually lose all other standards” (Garlock, Bob Jones University Chapel, March 12, 2001).

Frank Garlock is not a good thing. What a joker. He is doing a class I am taking and the truth is his cut and paste bible skills are not good. Garlock is not creitable.

Here is a site one did on the reason ccm is bad. I do not like it but I am putting it here and might tear it up

Jesus offers rest

I tell you I am fighting a long war that is going to take years. That is the KJV battle and the truth that is it is not the best bible out there. I need to address a major thing in the papers today and the so-called Gospel of Judas. Being that the bible is a closed book friend and to add to it is a sin. But Jason told me this might prove the bible. But some things that concern me about this. First it does not agree with the story of Judas in the bible. In the Gospel Judas was not a saved man. So putting out a text to say Judas did not is treating the bible as if it has nothing to say in the matter. It also has some secrets in the last years of the life of Jesus. I want to read this to do a better report but I do not think it is going to a new book of the bible. I will not call it part of the bible because God wrote the bible and sealed it. It is a book that could have truth in it but it is not the bible. It is like any book about the bible.

Back to the book of Hebrews.

Hebrews 3 10 Therefore I was angry with that generation,
And said, ‘They always go astray in their heart,
And they have not known My ways.’
11 So I swore in My wrath,
‘They shall not enter My rest.’ ”[1]

God is speaking of the people in the desert at the time of Moses. This was to show the people because of the sin they had they would not enter the rest of God what is the rest that is being talked about? In the time this was written it was the promise land and now it I think is about salvation and our hope in Jesus. To rest is not ever to work for the free salvation of God. It is all ready done for you and it is to know your saved in Jesus because of his work. Rest knows you’re forgiven of all sins when you come into Jesus.

Here are John Macarthur thoughts

The dictionary gives the following definitions of rest:
1. To cease from action
The word rest means to cease from labor or exertion. Applying that to God's rest, it means no more self-effort--no more trying to please God by your fleshly works. Rest involves cessation from legalistic activity; we rest in free grace.
2. To be free from worry
Some people are never at peace because they're always bothered about something. To rest means to be free from whatever disturbs you, or causes you to worry. It means in this sense to be quiet, still, peaceful, and free from guilt. To enter God's rest means to be at peace with God--to possess the perfect peace that God gives. It means to be free from guilt, because our sin is forgiven.
3. To be settled
God's rest is the kind of rest where a man is established in Christ, and does not run from philosophy to philosophy. He is no longer blown about by every wind of doctrine, but is rooted and grounded in the truth of Christ.
4. To be secure
To enter God's rest is to be secure, having absolute trust and confidence in God's care for you.
5. To have something to lean on
To enter God's rest means that you can lean on Him. You can rely on God for support, trusting Him to supply all your needs.
There are two final definitions of rest not found in a dictionary. The Bible speaks of rest in the millennial kingdom and rest for eternity in heaven. That's what God is promising and that's what He calls rest. Many people fail to believe in God's promises, and thus do not enter into rest because of their unbelief.

oldiue but ok

Good day to all far and near. We are having a toothache in the Shadman so life stinks. I did not get to work today but will on Fri. My tooth died and the thing hurts. I got to keep the thing clean and all that.

Baserball time

Jonny Damion
J D Drew no report. It is sad they did not plat
Albert Pujols he went 1 for 4 with a homer and a rbi
Twins lose. It is sad man we are 333 and I am very sadden. Depression sets in for the Shadman.

So I am going to run something I did from the book of Matthew. I get to do that because I am the edit man for this page

Jesus in tonight’s lesion is laying out some hard things. He is saying that I am going to have to account for every word. It is a sobering thing to know that I am going to account for all I ever say and do.

33 “Either make the tree good and its fruit good, or else make the tree bad and its fruit bad; for a tree is known by its fruit.
This is a statement by Jesus to ask of the people what they think of him. Also it is a truth for our life and us. It is a good thing to look at the fruit of someone’s life to know if they are saved or not. Also this is a statement that Jesus is asking us to look at his fruit and see if he is real. Jesus has just told them they have done a sin that is not forgiven to make the works of Jesus and they told the people Jesus works by the evil one. Jesus and his kids are going to be known by what they do and how they produce. If one said Jesus is not God his tree is no good and there is going to be not fruit. If one said that Jesus is the son and has fruit then he is saved. We are going to know the kids of our King by the fruit that Jesus makes in their life. (Look at the fruits in the book of Gal. 5.)

34 Brood of vipers! How can you, being evil, speak good things? For out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks. 35 A good man out of the good treasure of his heart brings forth good things, and an evil man out of the evil treasure brings forth evil things.
What a sad thing to be called of by the Lord. This was to call a part of a snake to their face. Some of the reason the Lord calls them that is they were going around and preaching a false thing that it was by works one is made right before the Lord. It was a lie and Jesus was there to draw a clear line in the sand condemning the Jewish system of that time.
Next is a statement that is a good one to show the hearts of man without Jesus. They had a evil heart and in Romans Paul said we all have a evil heart and there is nothing good in a mans heart that is on his own. Ones heart is healed by the Holy Spirit at the point of Salvation. Jesus is the healer of a evil heart alone. Without the Lord a heart is hopeless. So out of a evil heart the people that did not know the Lord were telling the people how to live and get right with Jesus and God. This is a reason that I must read the Bible and not listen to a man to get right with the Lord. I reject anything a man tries to put with the bible to get me right with the Lord. That is a reason I feel the Roman church of our day is a cult. It seems to have a system that is brought to us by man and they do not read the bible.
In 35 I see this a truth of the Lord that is so true what is in my heart comes out in the things I talk about and think about. It is a good indicator of my heart is what I say. If I talk trash there is a Heart problem and I need to make it right. If I am talking good of people it is out of a heart the Lord has. The Bible has much to say on the words I say like being my heart. I need to be close to Jesus and have the though life up to his par. ( Whatever is good, trustworthy, praiseworthy, true and full of love think on this) What I say is what I am inside. And a good thing to learn is to work on my thinking and keep it right with the Lords.

36 But I say to you that for every idle word men may speak, they will give account of it in the Day of Judgment. 37 For by your words you will be justified, and by your words you will be condemned.”
I am tempted to go soft and say the Lord is talking to the unbeliever here but I think this is a warning to my words and me. I am not going to Hell but I am serving the Lord and all my work is going to be before him. I ought to make my words godly and not worldly. What I talk about and think about is important to the Lord and I ought to learn to think about what is good and learn to be truthful and honest in my heart. I need to work on my walk and the talk comes with a good walk and that is a good heart. A close walk with the Lord will produce the thought and speech not the other way around. I am not into a reform I am into let Jesus work and he will reform.

What do you trust Jesus for

Twins won tonight and steward hit a home run. Here are tonight’s home runs for my twins. I am trying to keep track of baseball her on the blog. I am in a fantasy thing on yahoo but I am not happy with the lineup yet. If anyone wants to get a thing going I will do it. Make comments and get something going.
TWINS REPORT
Stewart (2, 5th inning off Towers, 0 on, 0 out), Hunter (1, 8th inning off Frasor, 3 on, 2 out), Rodriguez, Luis O (1, 9th inning off Speier, 0 on, 0 out)
PLAYERS I LIKE TO WATCH
Jonny Damion 4 0 2 1 0 0 0
J D Drew 4 2 2 0 0 1 2
Albert Pujols No reports for tonight

I am going to work on this for a couple of nights.
Heb 7 Therefore, as the Holy Spirit says:
“Today, if you will hear His voice,
8 Do not harden your hearts as in the rebellion,
In the day of trial in the wilderness,
It is a urgent thing not to take your time in your walk because it is a thing you need to work on today. When you read the bible and find a new thing I think you need to get on it the day you see it. This song is about Moses and the time when the people were out in the wilderness. In that hard time the Lord is asking the people not to harden their hearts. We need to keep Jesus first even in the hard times and love him when life is hard.

In his earlier ministry D.L. Moody often would end his message with, “Go home and think about what I’ve said.” One night in Chicago he told the people to do this and to come back the next night ready to make a decision. That night the Chicago fire broke out, and some who had been in his congregation died. That was the last time he told anyone to think over the claims of Christ and make a decision later. No one knows if he will have a tomorrow in which to decide. Today signifies the present time of grace. Men today, as in the time of Moody and in the time of Hebrews and in the time of David and in the time of Moses, never know how long that time of grace for them will be.[1]

9 Where your fathers tested Me, tried Me,
And saw My works forty years.

In the time of the old God was tested and he passed all the tests in his time. God did what he said he going to do. He did give the promise land to the people and he fed them and took care of them. We today are able to know the things Jesus said and we can trust him for our Salvation and our hope. We can trust Jesus with our worrys and cares, our hope of heaven and our needs every day. Why not think it over and write some comments on things we trust Jesus for. I want to know.

Jesus is greater than moses

People think they can get away with anything on the Internet. Like that was my point last time when I took on Sadie and her poem that said people cannot get saved if they read anything but the King James. I am not fighting her I am pointing out people like her. She commented on a blog I run but some of you will not see it and it is a matter of time till I clean her off the blog. I allow comments that agree but the other ones will be trashed because I am trying to reach people and the comments that I hit out are out because they are not good. So make comments and agree with me and they stay and if not your not on. I do not delete you if your Ron or Brad B. I gave them freedom to comment all they want. Also any Buescher and Masters kid have free comments. Thde rest of you can agree and get them to.

Ok time for a game. Name 4 batters and you are in my baseball contest. We will see the stats and how they do all year. Name 4 batters and then I will figure out how to tract them. I am choosing the following

J. Damon cf 7 2 3 1 0 1 2 .429

J.D. Drew rf 6 2 2 2 0 0 2 .333

A. Pujols 1b 2 3 2 4 2 0 0 1.000

So we look at the ave. I am also taking Mauer from MN and another player later.

Here is tonight bible study
Hebrews 3 Therefore, holy brethren, partakers of the heavenly calling, consider the Apostle and High Priest of our confession, Christ Jesus, 2 who was faithful to Him who appointed Him, as Moses also was faithful in all His house.

Friends if you know Jesus as your king and have asked Jesus to save you by his blood your not only his you’re a new thing in Jesus. You are placed into a family and you’re a brother or sister to every other person in the Family of Jesus and God. Your lord and king is Jesus and God is your Daddy. I am your brother and will spend forever getting to know Jesus with you. So he is asking us to consider Jesus and focus on Him. He is asking us to put our attention on Jesus and compare him to Moses and the Laws of God. I think Moses here is a good thing to show Gods Laws. Jesus has kept the Laws and he is perfect. We need to keep our eyes on the perfect Son of God.

Jesus is the main thing to consider here. He is a sent one from God and the High Priest that has dealt with our sins forever and forever removing them from us and taking them on the Cross. He had filled perfectly the Law and after took his perfect life and died to make us that call on him the perfect children of God. Moses did not have a easy task to take the nation to a new land. He did not get them there either because he sinned God took him out before they reached the land. However despite Moses weakness God used him to bring his people out of the land where they were not free. Jesus in the same way took people out of the place of darkness and gave them a land that cannot be lost. He came and made the way for all to enter because of Jesus death we gained the freedom in him to become the children of God.

3 For this One has been counted worthy of more glory than Moses, inasmuch as He who built the house has more honor than the house

Here is a though on the proof that Jesus was greater than Moses. In the time Jesus took Peter and John up on the Mount they saw this when Jesus was talking to Moses and Ellah Jesus was then spoken of as the Son of God and there he was greater than Moses. Even the facts that Moses was faithful and a great person that served God he was never called the Son of God. Jesus was the greatest human and was the Son of God and that made his honor more of that of anyone serving man. Jesus far has honor over anyone human. The house is the church and the saved people he adds to it everyday.

. 4 For every house is built by someone, but He who built all things is God. 5 And Moses indeed was faithful in all His house as a servant, for a testimony of those things which would be spoken afterward, 6 but Christ as a Son over His own house, whose house we are if we hold fast the confidence and the rejoicing of the hope firm to the end.[1]

Note that God builds the house we do not. It seems to me that this shows Gods choice of who is placed in the house. God saves the people and then he places in his house. We who know Jesus have been built into the Church or the house of God forever. Moses did not build a home for his time or at least not as great of a home in heaven. In the house we need to show we are the Lords and the way is not to walk away from Jesus but rest in our hope till the end. And if you are the saved and true Jesus is going to complete you in him and take you into his glory forever. If you’re not the saved your going to not be in heaven but in hell. Choose Jesus and choose to adore him more every day knowing it is the Love of Jesus that compels you to serve him.

this shows alot about baptists

I found this thing on a site and I am shocked by it. It is just not a good thing to put online but since she did I am going to show you a shocking thing from the Baptists

Teenagers Today
What is wrong with our teenagers today? Well lots
They think they can talk, act, and dress in any way. They can if they feel they need to. I am not for a dress code like Sadie is.
Guys wearing baggy pants down to their knees; I think that is the in thins and that is ok. Well they get guns in the pants so beware because they shoot kids at school
Girls wearing low-cut shirt, mini-skirts, and pants in which they have no modesty! Good point. But you Baptists seem to think a girl cannot wear pants. I think that is the sad part. They can wear fitting clothes
They cuss, smoke, have sex, and drink beer; Not good things to do. Drinking is not good Cussing is normal sometimes and sex is always bad outside of the marriage of a gal and a guy
In which has became a daily routine and worse year after year.
Rock, country, pop, contemporary, and what they call "Christian" music today; I got a problem with folks that think style is the thing. Listen ccm is good and not worldly. Hard rock is fine in Petra songs. Stop the garbage on ccm is bad because it is fine.
Are wicked and turning our teenagers towards the wrong way.
There are many " versions" of the Bible that are sending people to hell; Here is the worst line. No bible verision sends you anywhere. You faith in Jesus is the only thing that matters. Here is 5 versions of Rom 10 9
http://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=rom%2010:9%20;&version=31;65;51;47;50;

KJV is the only true version and one day all of this will prevail. KJV is not the true translation the greek never likes the nkjv. I am a man that looked at a thing on the king james and the man is a liar because he claims things that are lies. I am willing to show anyone the truth that this bible is not good.
I am a sorry friend but this needs to be said and fought because people are being abused in Jesus.

Jesus knew our sin

Here is the word of the night

PROPITIATION [pro pish ih AY shun] — the atoning death of Jesus on the cross, through which He paid the penalty demanded by God because of people’s sin, thus setting them free from sin and death. The word means “appeasement.” Thus, propitiation expresses the idea that Jesus died on the cross to pay the price for sin that a holy God demanded.
Although Jesus was free of sin, He took all our sins upon Himself and redeemed us from the penalty of death that our sins demanded. As the writer of 1 John declared, “He Himself is the propitiation for our sins, and not for ours only but also for the whole world” (1 John 2:2; atoning sacrifice, NIV, NRSV).[1]

Basically Jesus was the one that made God not look at you for your sin and forgave you. You never have to worry about the sin you did after you come to faith in Jesus. God demands you or Jesus pay for it and if you accept him your safe. If your pastor somehow tells you your sin is not paid for on the cross fire him. Jesus was 100 percent sin free meaning he did not have to die because the sin did not infect him. Jesus can die for you because he is not a sinner and a sinner cannot die fir a sinner.

Hebrews 2 18 For in that He Himself has suffered, being tempted, He is able to aid those who are tempted.[2]
I have to hit this in the light of the word I looked at. Jesus it said was tempted in every way we were so Jesus did not have it easy in his walk. He sure had tons thrown at him in times that he might have had been tempted but he left it and won the fight. It is hard to know if he could of sinned and it is a long hard thing we might have to fight that one on the comments but I think he was not of Adam and he never could of sinned because he was God. However Jesus as God felt everything we feel in our fight here and he know how hard it is not to sin.

It is cool I am able to face Jesus who knows what sin is and know the heat I take every day and I am able to know he knows what the fight is. Jesus loves me when I slip into sin and he wants me to keep fighting for him knowing he gives me a rest from sin. I am still a sinner in practice but in Jesus I am sin free and perfect in the eyes of God.

In time we are going to see this verse

Heb 4 15 For we do not have a High Priest who cannot sympathize with our weaknesses, but was in all points tempted as we are, yet without sin. 16 Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need.[3]

We are going to talk more on this topic as we hit that verse but it is a great thing to know this verse.
