I lost 800 bucks and anyone with info to find it will get a reward. I am asking for prayer. I also had a chat with my friend that thinks hell does not last forever and he is not going to repent of this and it might mean I go after him for church discipline. I am not ok with him teaching anyone in che church or him having authority in my church. I GUESS I spoke and it is not enough of a thing to be out of leadership if he does not teach this in the church, I spoke to one that said that so leave it there and allow the Lord to think it over and deal with this. I need however to show folks where in the bible I am coming from.

Key Facts About Eternity
(1)Everyone will exist eternally either in heaven or hell (Daniel 12:2,3; Matthew 25:46; John 5:28; Revelation 20:14,15).
Daniel 12 2     And many of those who sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake,
     dSome to everlasting life,
Some to shame eand everlasting 1contempt.
3     Those who are wise shall fshine
Like the brightness of the firmament,
gAnd those who turn many to righteousness
hLike the stars forever and ever.

Matt 25 41 “Then He will also say to those on the left hand, i‘Depart from Me, you cursed, jinto the everlasting fire prepared for kthe devil and his angels: 42 for I was hungry and you gave Me no food; I was thirsty and you gave Me no drink; 43 I was a stranger and you did not take Me in, naked and you did not clothe Me, sick and in prison and you did not visit Me.’
44 “Then they also will answer 4Him, saying, ‘Lord, when did we see You hungry or thirsty or a stranger or naked or sick or in prison, and did not minister to You?’ 45 Then He will answer them, saying, ‘Assuredly, I say to you, linasmuch as you did not do it to one of the least of these, you did not do it to Me.’ 46 And mthese will go away into everlasting punishment, but the righteous into eternal life.”
Note everlasting punshment not just a million years? Everlasting hell.

John 5 28 Do not marvel at this; for the hour is coming in which all who are in the graves will zhear His voice 29 aand come forth— bthose who have done good, to the resurrection of life, and those who have done evil, to the resurrection of condemnation. 30 cI can of Myself do nothing. As I hear, I judge; and My judgment is righteous, because dI do not seek My own will but the will of the Father who sent Me.
One has only one life in which to determine their destiny (Hebrews 9:27).
(3)Heaven or hell is determined by whether a person believes (puts their trust) in Christ alone to save them (John 3:16, 36, etc.).
(3) Hell is conscious torment.
Matthew 13:50 “furnace of fire…weeping and gnashing of teeth”
Mark 9:48 “where their worm does not die, and the fire is not quenched”
Revelation 14:10 “he will be tormented with fire and brimstone”
(4) Hell is eternal and irreversible.
Revelation 14:11 “the smoke of their torment goes up forever and ever and they have no rest day and night”
Revelation 20:14 “This is the second death, the lake of fire”
Revelation 20:15 “If anyone’s name was not found written in the book of life, he was thrown into the lake of fire”
(2) Hell is too severe a punishment for man’s sin.
Response: God is holy-perfect (1 Peter 1:14,15).
Sin is willful opposition to God our creator (Romans 1:18-32).
Our sin does merit hell (Romans 1:32; 2:2,5,6).
What is unfair and amazing is that Christ died for our sin and freely offers salvation to all (Romans 2:4; 3:22-24; 4:7,8; 5:8,9).
Rev 11 Then I saw a great white throne and Him who sat on it, from whose face uthe earth and the heaven fled away. vAnd there was found no place for them. 12 And I saw the dead, wsmall and great, standing before 3God, xand books were opened. And another ybook was opened, which is the Book of Life. And the dead were judged zaccording to their works, by the things which were written in the books. 13 The sea gave up the dead who were in it, aand Death and Hades delivered up the dead who were in them. bAnd they were judged, each one according to his works. 14 Then cDeath and Hades were cast into the lake of fire. dThis is the second 4death. 15 And anyone not found written in the Book of Life ewas cast into the lake of fire.
Macs bible
20:12 standing before God. In a judicial sense, as guilty, condemned prisoners before the bar of divine justice. There are no living sinners left in the destroyed universe since all sinners were killed and all believers glorified. books. These books record every thought, word, and deed of sinful men—all recorded by divine omniscience (see note on Dan. 7:10, the verse that is the source of this text). They will provide the evidence for eternal condemnation. Cf. 18:6,7. Book of Life. It contains the names of all the redeemed (Dan. 12:1; see notes on 3:5). judged according to their works. Their thoughts (Luke 8:17; Rom. 2:16), words (Matt. 12:37), and actions (Matt. 16:27) will be compared to God’s perfect, holy standard (Matt. 5:48; 1 Pet. 1:15,16) and will be found wanting (Rom. 3:23). This also implies that there are degrees of punishment in hell (cf. Matt. 10:14,15; 11:22; Mark 12:38–40; Luke 12:47,48; Heb. 10:29).
20:13 Death and Hades. See note on 1:18. Both terms describe the state of death. All unrighteous dead will appear at the Great White Throne Judgment; none will escape. All the places that have held the bodies of the unrighteous dead will yield up new bodies suited for hell.
