I got the Bible and I am able to learn it and Love the Lord because of it, Jesus has come to earth to bring the news and died so I am able to live forever and ever. Lets look to His word and maybe learn more than I know and grow in the Lord. I think the Lord is teaching me things that I need to grow up in in him

10 Brethren, my heart’s desire and prayer to God for Israel is that they may be saved. 2 For I bear them witness that they have a zeal for God, but not according to knowledge. 3 For they being ignorant of God’s righteousness, and seeking to establish their own righteousness, have not submitted to the righteousness of God. 4 For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to everyone who believes.
I like this font. In the Last few sections I went though 9 and the theme of 9 is that the Lord has opened up the Lord Jesus to the whole world. Paul has been talking lots on the Gospel. Also in 9 many think that chapter is one to go to and learn the Cavlinism. I did not really find it. Paul wants his own Jews to be saved and so does the Lord. The Jew really wants the truth and so does man no a day. God has done something to let the Jews know him but the Jews are not getting it. They are so lost. In the next verse the Jews have a zeal for the Lord but they are going on lies. The lie is again that one could be close to Jesus by following the rules and the Lord Jesus is wanting a relationship with the Person. Jews by trusting in works are not going to get saved. Jews do not have the perfect rightousness of Jesus that they need to go in to heaven. Anyone who does not have right standing in Jesus and perfection is not going to make it in to the Kingdom of Our king God. They are in the works instead of the grace. They need to humble themselves and come into the rightous name of God and be saved. Talked about this before but I want to hit is again Salvation is the Lord taking my life and I getting his life. I am saved and Jesus paid for the sin debt I owed to the Judge. I was not good and Jesus was. I was full of sin and Jesus was a man with no sin. Jesus came to me a sinner and gave his life to save me from sin. He became sin and I became free. All it takes is belief on that. Salvation is not to get me rich or rid of cp or more friends It is Jesus Christ dieing a death so I am free to be a friend of God and Live forever in a place where sin and death are not there. The Jews reliance on works damns them forever. Some other systems try to make works and not free salvation. Rome did it. They do not think salvation is a free gift. That is not truth and the truth is Jesus is the King and I am to bow and he made me a rotten to the core sinnner his own and I owe him me. I need to add a point macarthur makes on 4. If a sinner is not shown that he is a sinner than the sinner is unaware of the truth. I am not going to come to a sinner and say you need something without convising him he is in need, If I walked up to a man and said I got a drug for you the cures something they are going to look at me and think they are going to not take it. I see in the modern gospel presentaions that People do not express the sin and the awfulness of it. They tend to paint Jesus in a light that is good for you and he is going to make you ok and rich. That is not the gospel and truth, If I am going to produce a new christian I need to show them they are a sinner and when they get that point I move to Jesus, If they do not see their sin and I give them Jesus then I am really not telling the whole truth. If Paul said the Jews were ok then he is lying. Before you allow them to make Jesus their king you got to share the sin thing to a point where they get it.

5 For Moses writes about the righteousness which is of the law, “The man who does those things shall live by them.” 6 But the righteousness of faith speaks in this way, “Do not say in your heart, ‘Who will ascend into heaven?’” (that is, to bring Christ down from above) 7 or, “ ‘Who will descend into the abyss?’ ” (that is, to bring Christ up from the dead). 8 But what does it say? “The word is near you, in your mouth and in your heart” (that is, the word of faith which we preach):
Moses talked in the Law that if you are trusting in the law you do one thing that makes you a sinner you then are guilty of breaking the Law of God.(Lev 18) But the law is now close and the means of saving faith is here to anyone that finds the truth. Now even when the truth is clearly presented people still do not want to get saved. That is to me the worst sin. You know the truth and you flat out say no thank you. Gods face is slapped. I think this is the sin that is not forgiven and if one does it they may never here the truth again. It to me is a mercy that I know the truth and hear it. I do not deserve to know it. I know it and I here is all the time and If I were to walk out of it the Lord would not be pleased, ( I know I cannot so thank you Lord for that) If I tell the Gospel to one and they reject it this is on them not me or the Lord. God desired I tell and share. If it is rejected then the hearer stands in contempt and can face Jesus and eternal Hel for rejecting the news. Not just the out side part, your pain will be be worst in Hell if you outright reject the Lord Jesus.


9 that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.10 For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. 11 For the Scripture says, “Whoever believes on Him will not be put to shame.” 12 For there is no distinction between Jew and Greek, for the same Lord over all is rich to all who call upon Him. 13 For “whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved.”

This to me is one of the CLEAR calls to the Lords family and salvation in the bible. If one confesses the Lordship of Jesus meaning Jesus is God and he is risen from the dead, He is a child of God. He is saved. Here is a point people miss Even the hell bound devil belives this. What makes me different is the truth that Jesus is confessed. I am to repent from my sin is not there yet. He does not call on Jesus to be saved. Confess means to agree with. God has said the Lord is the way and to confess him is to say this is true.
I must say I am not in agreement with the word confess means to repent. I do however think one repents and is saved, I think the person who said it is easy to become a Christian is right. When I got saved I asked Jesus to come into me. When I recommited to Jesus I asked him to rule me. See I want to say that this is my experience but I do not like to say that because the Bible is the book I am to go to. Bible said confess Jesus as Lord and your own lord and you are then saying he owns you from the point of your confessing him till forever. Salvation is a one time act. It is done and you then are Gods forever and ever and your saved from hell forever. If you confess your never put to shame and thus you arew his forever and ever. As we grow in Jesus things are earned and forfited but not salvation. One more point Jesus saveing is for all people everywhere, Jews or greek rich or poor, white or black. all are given the same message and method. From Mother tressa to the pope to the drug dealer to Sadam Hussian ALL CAN BE SAVED. From Bueschers to Larry and Lora from work the same offer the Lord gives is call on Jesus and your his.
