Jesus seminar and you
If you are thinking I am going to stop Blogging for any reason you are wrong. I am going to keep working this blog until every one everywhere is saved and going to heaven and walking in Jesus. So do not stop think I am going away ever.
I am going in a series on the book Case for Christ. I want to tell you about a new seminar that is out there called the Jesus Seminar. Here is what it is. A group sat down and made a bible that threw out most of the things Jesus said and did. They wanted to form a Jesus that was in their mind the right one. They throw out 80 percent of the saying of Jesus and form a new kinder Jesus that wont offend them and allows sin to be ok. It is not ok and it is damning to take and cut the bible. God is going to add the fire of hell to them who pervert his word. They color code the bible and if they did not think Jesus said it the make it black and make it lore. Friend here me out and clearly. EVER5Y WORD IN THE BIBLE IS TRUE AND NOT OPEN TO YOUR MIND. I DO NOT CARE IF YOU’RE A PASTOR OR PROF AT SOME PLACE YOU MESS WITH THE BOOK YOUR GOING TO NOT DO WELL. Jesus did do all said in the bible and any other book written that does not line up is trash and throw it out. Jesus healed and was not a magic man he was GOD! It makes me mad to see GOD and HIS WORD trashed by some PhD punk that wants Jesus to go away and a new one to appear. Time magazine whipped this trash up and made it headlines. Ok enough “anger” and lets see what they think and why it is not on track.
Jesus seminar wants to add the Gospel of Thomas. It is not a true Gospel because it was released in the 2nd century and by that time the cannon was done. They have cut into the doctrine of the Lord Jesus. Here is a bunch they deny… Jesus healing was not rue, Jesus death was not for our sins, and us and all the God-like things about Jesus are out. Basic they want to make Jesus into a moral man and not God. Problem with that is you cannot make him a moral man because Jesus claims to be God and if his claims are not true this man Jesus is a liar. Or you might say Jesus was a fruitcake. But that is not right either as said the historic data made him to be a Man and higher. Jesus to me is Lord and King because if of all the thing I am writing about.
Here is the truth on the Jesus Seminar it is a small thing and not the mainstream views of Jesus. I ask you reading this a important question Who is Jesus? I want to say who Jesus is to me. Jesus is my personal Lord King and friend. I want to preach a little sermon that made Jesus real to me. I heard this and understood it in room 245 at high school one morning before school the day before Christmas. I had told my teacher I thought Jesus was no good. Mrs. Huls said that I was playing with fire and not to mock Jesus. She then told me that I could talk to Jesus as my friend and if I told God the father I was sorry that he would forgive me. She might of known I was saved and I was. Jesus can be your friend. If Jesus were to take me tonight I would know I am going to heaven. I know this because of his death and his word. If I were to ask a question of Mrs. Huls I would ask her if Jesus would ever leave me or forsake me. I know the answer because I know Jesus and he said I would never leave you. It is so good to know one day I will tell her in heaven Jesus used her to bring himself to me. He used others in my life to keep telling me he Loves me and that is why I love him so much. I want to invite you if your not sure to make a point to talk to Jesus and confess your need of His death in your place. Jesus died so to take your sin and pay for it. If you ask he will forgive you as Mrs. H told me and come and change you. I know he has changed me and I am depending on Him alone to bring me to heaven as well of making my life here worth it. If you would tell someone you know or email me that you asked Jesus to forgive you that would make my day.
