God loves his own kids
Markie Dayton is not going to run. I am proud he is out yet we got to fight to get the right person in. Dayton is not good for this job and he knows it. I will fight for the best man or lady. I am not going to go party I am going to go for the person. I want one that has values and is a Christian. No gay marriage and pro life has to be on their agenda. God is the one I serve and all parties and people are going to get heard and the best wins it. It is the right person that I am going to vote for and not one that shafts the poor and gets rich off the people.
I am going in a series on who is God. I am looking at things God is and then learning to serve him because I know him. I am on this famous one and that is the love of God. It is popular and important. So much there is on the topic in the bible but I just did a study on Love for a class and perhaps for tonight I am going to look at this passage and see the Love of God here. I might take some more time on this topic but I want to start with this passage. Love chapter is where I am going to start.
1 Cor. Love suffers long and is kind; love does not envy; love does not parade itself, is not puffed up; 5 does not behave rudely, does not seek its own, is not provoked, thinks no evil; 6 does not rejoice in iniquity, but rejoices in the truth; 7 bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.
At first I think this is how God is love. I am going to have to take time to make other points but Lets study the things Love is and see how Gods Love fits into them.
Love is endureing. God love for you is forever if you are saved. I will not talk about God Love for the unsaved tonight just for the saved. If your not saved I am sorry this is not for you. God will love to the max you. Jesus love for you never ends!
Love is kind. In this God saved you out of kindness. He does not owe you love and he does not love all this way. Jesus dieing for you is the kindest thing ever. You and I are to be kind because Jesus has been kind to you.
God’s love is jealous unlike this passage said. He is God and he gets all his love and he is not good to them that hurt you. You are his and he desires all of your love and the Lord will give all to you.
God is not rude to you. He is going to wait and be there for you. He loves you but is a gentleman and is not going to make you love him.
God does not think evil of you or you as evil. He is done with your evil on the cross. If your saved then God will do no evil to you. If you’re his he thinks of you as he does with Jesus. He is happy with you and proud that your in Jesus.
God rejoices with you and in you. He does not see you as sinful but if you mess up he is going to disapline as a dad would. He is a daddy to you and loves you as his son. He never is going to leave you or forsake you but if you need a whppin he is going to give it to you. He just is a perfect dad to you.

God called us precious
Hosea 11 4 I drew them with gentle cords,
With bands of love,
And I was to them as those who take the yoke from their neck.
I stooped and fed them.
God draws us in his love. He did not draw me in a warning but in his love. It is Gods Love that draws men to come to Jesus
Zep 3 17 The LORD your God in your midst,
The Mighty One, will save;
He will rejoice over you with gladness,
He will quiet you with His love,
He will rejoice over you with singing.”
God sings in his thinking over me. He quiets me and my temper and anger with his Love.
John 15 9 “As the Father loved Me, I also have loved you; abide in My love.
As the father loved Jesus and he loves Jesus so Jesus loves me
John 16 27 for the Father Himself loves you, because you have loved Me, and have believed that I came forth from God. 28 I came forth from the Father and have come into the world. Again, I leave the world and go to the Father
Jesus loves me as God does here to. God loves me cause I love Jesus
Rom 8
37 Yet in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us. 38 For I am persuaded that neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalities nor powers, nor things present nor things to come, 39 nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
